  • Begin by introducing the traditional product clearly, mentioning its name and significance in your culture.
  • Describe its main ingredients or components to give the listener a clear idea of what it is.

Example

The traditional product I want to talk about is 'Biryani,' a fragrant rice dish that is deeply rooted in Indian cuisine. It is made with basmati rice, marinated meat, and a blend of aromatic spices, making it a beloved dish across the country.

Cue 2:How is it made?

  • Outline the basic steps involved in preparing the product, highlighting any unique techniques or ingredients.
  • Mention any traditional methods or family recipes that are commonly used.

Example

Biryani is made by first marinating the meat in yogurt and spices for several hours. Then, the rice is partially cooked separately. The marinated meat is layered with the rice in a pot, along with fried onions and saffron, and then cooked on low heat until everything is perfectly blended. My grandmother has a special recipe that she has passed down through generations, which makes it even more special.

Example

I first tried Biryani at a family wedding when I was about ten years old. The aroma filled the air, and I remember sitting with my cousins, eagerly waiting for our turn to serve. It was a joyous occasion, and the taste of that Biryani was unforgettable, filled with flavors that danced on my palate.

Cue 4:Why do you like it?

  • Explain your personal connection to the product and what makes it special for you.

I love Biryani not just for its rich flavors but also for the memories it brings back. It reminds me of family gatherings and celebrations. Every time I eat it, I feel a sense of belonging and nostalgia, as it connects me to my roots and my family's traditions.

Conclusion

    Example

In conclusion, Biryani is more than just a dish for me; it represents my culture and family heritage. Its intricate preparation and the joy it brings during gatherings make it a cherished traditional product in my country.

When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

a traditional product in my country I can say is tea because it was famous before I was born like it's been famous since I think hundred years and it's a culture in our country that whoever comes to visit your house you must offer them tea and almost in every household this particular thing is there because everyone enjoys it either in the morning or in the evening some people consume it in the night too because it's a type of drink that relaxes your body and you can take it after eating or before you're sleeping because it relaxes your body and loosen up your muscles and it's also it's also a tradition to offer them when guests come because it's the only thing that is available in every household in every home and it is made from these leaves from trees it is a long process but a worthy one because it gives the taste that no one has ever imagined and also people some people are addicted to it I would say they consume it five to six times in 24 hours that is not good for your health and your mind too but the taste is so good that nobody can resist and it's like an addiction to some people while some people have allergy they cannot drink it for one or two times

A traditional product in my country is Datman. Datman is basically made up of bamboo. This is basically a toothbrush which is made up of bamboo and it is generally used in villages. Nowadays people shifted to toothbrush but the Datman is one of the most effective toothbrush I have ever seen in my life. First when I was 5 years old that time I used Datman in my nani's house and that Datman was really effective to my teeth. I used it continuous for 2 weeks I guess and that time my teeth were so strong and my gums were not even bleeding because when I was a kid I used to brush very harshly and my gums used to bleed. That time I understood that Datman is really helpful. If you see old generation people they can literally break nuts through their teeth. Isn't it surprising? Because they have such strong teeth and the reason behind their strong teeth is Datman. They used to chew it. Now people have shifted to toothbrush and electronic toothbrush but I feel like it doesn't help you to make your teeth stronger. But Datman helps you to make your teeth stronger. We used to chew, old generation people like my nana, nani, my grandmother, my grandfather, maternal parents, grandparents they used to chew it and their teeth is still now healthier than all of our teeth. Our generation people doesn't have that healthy teeth as compared to them. We keep on going to dentist in search of better cavities and all but during that time they don't have cavities because they don't have weak teeth. They used to use simple wood, a stick, a wooden stick which is made of bamboo and now they use it for brushing teeth and still their teeth is healthy as ever.

So, I would like to share an experience of our culture or our traditional product which we use daily, everyday till today, that is hand loomed items. So, hand loomed items can be of many types, that is sarees, kurtas, dhotis, pants, shirts. It's nowhere like less to comparatively our modern styles. So it has replaced our modern styles where, this is a trend actually, the hand loomed or the hand weaved clothes whatever we are wearing daily or regularly, so these are nowadays a trend which we followed along like a thousand to two thousand years back. So I started to wear it from my childhood itself because it was kind of like aerated form of clothes, there is no sweat because as a child I would play a lot in sun or with the mud and etc. So it's kind of a free air which is aerated through the clothes and there is no such kind of irritation or itchy feeling what you get by wearing these clothes. The good thing is comparatively, Indians compared to India, the other countries are importing it by checking those good qualities, whatever we are looming it or we are making it from our bare hands. So this actually represent our culture, represent the culture of our India, heritage of India which we are...

Coming from India, the person like me would always think of tea as a very traditional product. And India being a very big country and even back those in days, India contributed to the world by providing tea. And the taste of tea has spread all over the world and the origin, I think the origin was from India. Back then when there was colonial rule by British, they traded the tea from India to all over the world and made the world taste the tea better. And talking about the current aspects, I love tea. I don't remember the exact particular time when I first tried, but I think I tried it in my childhood. I believe the first time maybe around 6 or 7 years back. Here in India, tea will be put in milk and boiled it and later we drink it. But we can see in a lot of countries that evolution of making tea has been changed. Like people use a lot of other stuffs and include a lot of other stuffs in tea like where you get a lot of variants in tea like lime tree, black tea or some you know like masala tree and some other lot of stuffs. So back then in India, the traditional way of making tea is through milk as well as the tea powder you get. The tea powder is basically the dried leaf of a tree.

So one of my favorite product is Pashmina shawl, which is made by me and we have in different colors and different patterns. The Pashmina shawl is a geographical indication by many of the world, it is, the texture is very soft and light and it is heat protecting. The Pashmina shawl is good for styling in winter season and it has many variety of collections. In India, the Pashminas are usually hand-woven. The shops are present in Jammu and Kashmir and in the parts of Ladakh region. We can purchase it online as well. We got lot of designs on Pashmina. Usually they are light and soft and heat protected and we get, these are made from the goat wool, which is located in the valley of mountains and so hence Pashmina is my favorite fabric and it is a natural fabric.

Every country has different traditional products but each country has its own food. As I come from India, India has a variety of foods. As India contains different caste and different languages similarly it has different kinds of foods. As in northern part of India wheat is mostly grown so their wheat is mostly used in the food. In southern part of India mostly grown is rice so their rice is mostly eaten as in the form of food. In west it is mostly the combination of rice and wheat but if we go towards east then seafood is mostly eaten there. India is a vast country and there are many traditional products because of our vast culture. And today I want to tell about a traditional product of my own culture which is shawls and shawls which are mufflers in our native language and jackets. These are jackets which are often made by using wool of sheep and we have a tribal community who produces them and it's been ages since it's worn by the Himachalese people and when I first tried it, it was two years ago when I was feeling cold and I asked my friend that if you have something to wear just leave it to me because I was in his place and he gave me a jacket made up of wool and it was looking weird at the start but when I wore it and it was warm as it was made up of wool which is a quite strong material to save yourself from the harsh weather so to me it was quite a good experience as I didn't feel cold and travelled a lot to different destinations enjoying ourselves and soon after I bought the same jacket from the local traditional shop and it made my winters much easier to spend on snowy mountains or to just roam around.

India is a secular country and it has various numbers of cultures and religions living in one country and the product I'm going to discuss is a product from my own culture named Talwar. It's a weapon. It's a very well-known weapon for wars and stuff because it is widely known around the world that Talwar is a sword which is ruled by Indian kings and Indian army back in the days and I really like Talwar because my ancestors were warriors in the back of the days and that is why I really like Talwar and since I belong from a family whose ancestors were warriors, my family tend to teach Talwar to children. I mean, whenever I was young, I used to learn Talwar by myself because I was fascinated about the qualities of it. I had a Talwar in my house. It was made by a master smith and it is usually a sword which is curved and this curved blade gives an advantage in fighting while swinging it. It will bring the sharp edge side on the opponent automatically and that's one reason I like it and apart from that, I have learned Talwar from my childhood. That is why I really like it and I've seen so many action movies. In those, I also saw Talwars and swords like Katana. So from my childhood, I'm very fascinated about weapons and one of them is Talwar. So that is why I like it.

So, I would love to talk about banana leaf, banana leaf is something which comes from banana tree and banana leaves are basically used in the whole world to use as an utensil to serve food. In South India, we can see that most of the people in their home use banana leaf as the utensil to serve food and also even after using this, it has a lot of benefits like after using it, we have to wash that utensil and it can be also used as a fertilizer because after using that banana leaf, we will put that banana leaf into the air machine which will mix that banana leaf into a fertilizer and fertilizer is basically used to grow plants or vegetables which will be very essential and it is also an organic process to grow plants as well as vegetables and there are no chemicals used in it.
