When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

    Answer

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

Today, I would like to describe a person who inspires me the most, Dr. A. B. J. Abdul Kalam, also known as the Vizier Man of India. Dr. Kalam was not only a great scientist, but also a beloved resident of India. What inspires me most about him is his simplicity and humility. Despite holding the highest office in the country, he lived a very modest life. He always believed in dreaming big and working hard to achieve those dreams. His contribution to India's space and defense programs made the nation proud. More than that, he dedicated his life to encouraging young people to believe in themselves. His famous quote, Dream, Dream, Dream, Dream transform into thoughts, and thoughts result in action, continues to motivate millions, including me. I admire Dr. Kalam because he has proved that success does not depend on where you come from, but on how determined and hardworking you are. He is remembered as a teacher at heart, and I think that is the most beautiful legacy anyone can leave behind. For me, Dr. Kalam is not a leader, but an inspiration to live with purpose, humility and dedication.

A well known person in my country right now is Priyanka Chopra. I say Priyanka Chopra, not only because she's well known in my country, India, but she's also well known globally. I feel she is one of those actors who rose to her fame and took that fame and molded it in something so special. I say this because she started off as a Miss World 2000 winner and the way she eloquently carried herself throughout that pageant was truly inspirational. I am not such a big fan of such pageants but I would definitely say that she is an inspiration to many girls out there because she teaches you how to be bold and take what's yours. She fought for her rights as a woman in the film industry and she definitely was able to achieve that fame amongst her male counterparts and she also took part or dabbled in music which she might have not felt her best suit and she again came back to the film industry. She worked alongside many Hollywood celebrities as well, furthermore increasing the charm of an Indian woman. So I take great pride in saying that she is from India and she is a brilliant actress.

So, one of the most popular or well-known person in India is a journalist called Palki Sharma. So, she has appeared a lot of times on national television and I admire her solely because of the reason, because of the way she communicates her ideas, the way she delivers commentary and the way she comments or discusses matters of importance for our country. Unlike many journalists or reporters that you see on TV, who instead of really addressing a situation that should be addressed and is really important, tend to talk around it just you know to gain attention and viewership. However, she is very direct and open in the way she communicates, her commentary is straightforward and she always delivers ideas in a very respectful yet in a way that puts people in their place.

I am watching him play since I was a kid in class 4 and I became a fan of him when I saw he scored a century against Pakistan in the Lahore Stadium and I was amazed by how he batted and scored runs under difficult situations. He has scored 50 ODI centuries and 27,000 runs in his international career till now and I wish he will score more runs in the future. The most best thing I like about him is his courage and ambition to grow in life and to become a better batsman every day. I remember an incident when he was just 18 years old and he was playing the U-18 World Cup and suddenly his father passed away in the middle of the night. Then he came at his funeral and again the next day he went to the ground to score for his team. He has a strong will and a mindset and I really appreciate it and he also has a charming personality and he is one of the most fittest cricketers in this planet and his fitness is on the next level. I would like to talk about a very well-known person in my country, India. She is none other than Sudha Murthy. She is a woman in her late, I think, 60s, but she is remarkable. She is one of the first women in Karnataka to ever attend an engineering college. At the time when she enrolled, she was the only woman in her class which was filled with only men. She had to face so much struggle because her college did not have a female washroom for her to use. Regardless of all the difficulties that she faced, she was a rank holder in her college. She graduated with flying colors. She is now a philanthropist and an engineer and co-investor of a company. She gave her husband the initial investment that is required to build up a company. So she is a co-founder of a company called Infosys. She has two children, one daughter and a son. Her daughter is the first lady of the United Kingdom. I love her. I admire her very much. She has written so many books for children with great storylines. I enjoy reading all those books. Her storylines are very simple based on Indian culture and she uses simple phrases and sentences in English and uses common names.
