When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

    Answer

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

So, one person I'd like to tell you about, who is outstanding in planning things, especially if I talk about trip itineraries, the person I'm talking about is my elder brother. He is currently living in London and I love how he plans and make itinerary before our trips. Whenever we take a trip, he just plans out everything so perfectly, like booking hotels and what are the tourist destinations that we need to go to, where we will have lunch or dinner, what kind of clothes should we pack. He just does all the math and research about it and he always ends up finding the best places of that area. He is like so much keen on doing extensive research before booking flights and hotels so that we can get it in cheap rates. I absolutely love and adore my brother because he is the funniest person that I know and I love spending time with him. Recently, we have visited London to meet him and he had such a perfect itinerary planned for us to show us all the sightseeing in London, like visiting the Big Ben or the London Eye and a few museums. It was a lovely experience.

A person I know is extremely good at planning is my friend Sanjeev. He is a kind of person who never does anything spontaneously. Instead, he plans everything in advance, whether it is a small outing or a long trip. He usually makes plans related to travel, studies, daily schedules and even group gatherings. For example, when we go on a trip, he prepares a complete itinerary including the budget, transport, options, hotel booking, sightseeing timings and backup plans in some case if it goes wrong. What makes him special is his organized approach. He notes everything down, compares options online, checks news, reviews and allocates time realistically. He also considers everyone's comfort and preferences before finalizing a plan, which makes people trust his decisions. I feel he is an excellent planner because his plans are practical and well-balanced. Things rarely go wrong when he is in charge and even if something unexpected happens, he always has an alternative solution ready. Because of his planning skills, everyone in the group feels relaxed and confident knowing that he can control any situation.

    Band 7

So, I would like to describe a person who makes a lot and extremely good at planning. This person is my elder brother and I have known him my entire life. He is someone who believes that proper planning can make any task easier and less stressful. So, whether it is a family trip or small celebration, he plans everything in advance. For example, when we travel, he prepares a detailed itinerary that includes transportation, accommodation, budget and even backup options in case something goes wrong. He also plans his work schedule very efficiently, setting weekly and monthly goals. So, I got to know his planning skills more closely when we lived together during my college years. I noticed how he used planners, reminders and digital calendars to organize his time. He even plans his meals and fitness routine and maintains his work-life balance. I feel very inspired and safe around him because his planning reduces uncertainty and avoids last-minute stress. At the same time, he motivates me to be more organized and disciplined in my own life. I truly admire him because his ability to plan not only helps him succeed but also it benefits me and the people around him.

    Band 7

Have you ever met someone who always seems one step ahead? I certainly have. The person I'm referring to is my older sister who is exceptionally good at planning. I have known her my entire life so I've had plenty of opportunities to observe how naturally organized she is. What really stands out is the range of plans she makes. On a daily level, she carefully schedules her work tasks, personal commitments, as well as time for rest. On a larger scale, she plans long term goals such as career progression, financial savings, and even family events months in advance. Moreover, she breaks complex plans into smaller realistic steps in conjunction with setting clear deadlines which makes everything feel achievable rather than overwhelming. If something unexpected happens, she rarely panics. Instead, she quickly adjusts her plan and moves forward. As a result, people around her often rely on her during stressful situations. I genuinely admire this quality in her. It makes her dependable, calm, the qualities I deeply respect. In addition, spending time with her has influenced my own habits encouraging me to plan better and think ahead. Overall, I find her truly inspirational both in planning skills and creating a strong sense of structure into everyday life.

    Band 6-7

My cousin brother Hemant is very good at planning. He makes lots of plans regarding various aspects, whether it is related to going to a movie theatre or going to a restaurant or going to a mall or planning a trip to either domestic or international country. So basically how I know him is as he is my cousin brother so since childhood I know him as both my parents and his parents are very close so we meet each other regularly like once in a month or twice in a month. He basically makes plans related to travelling. Whenever our family tries to go to a trip, whether it is a domestic destination, he searches all the websites regarding the travelling, like whether it may be Make My Trip or Easy Go or Skyscanner. He tries to find the best aeroplane flight prices and also hotels. So he basically thoroughly checks each and every review and tries to find the best one out of them. And also he prepares a well-prepared itinerary for each and every day of when we are travelling. So he makes particular plan like when we will start and how much we are going to spend and about both time as well as money. And I feel very great about him. He is my inspiration. I feel like even I would also be someone like him who guides other people and helps in other people planning a very well detailed manner.

    Band 6-7

A person who makes plans a lot and is good at planning is my uncle, he always makes plans about family trips and also manages budgeting so that we are carefree and do not end up overspending on our trips. He takes care of accommodation, plans our travel in advance, plans for itinerary and decides budget also, looks for restaurants which are not only affordable but also convenient. He is always ahead of problems like he prepares for delays and climate changes. Due to his minute detail to planning, we always enjoy our trips stress-free and worried about any budget. He takes care of finances and decides the budget of the trips. He is multitasking.

    Band 6-7

I would like to describe my elder cousin who is someone I truly admire for being extremely organized and good at planning. I have known her for many years and has always been the kind of person that thinks ahead before taking any decisions. She plans almost everything in advance including her daily schedule, work deadlines, family events that helps her to be punctual. I believe she is good at planning because she is practical, disciplined and realistic about time management. She also considers possible problems of someone who is working with her that makes her a good planner. For example, whenever our family is together, she prepares a detailed itinerary, managing bookings and making sure everyone knows their responsibility. Because of her planning, things are usually smooth and stress-free.

    Band 6-7

In a family, it is often very difficult to plan and execute a lot of the functions or any other plan or any other things that we are organizing, but this one person is there in my family who is very good at planning and they can, if they are present during that time period, then all these plans will be executed as well. So this person is my maternal uncle, my mom's cousin he is, and he is the only person who is actually very active in our family. He keeps on planning trips and functions and everything that he plans, he'll make sure that he executes it as well. For example, one time we went, we were planning to go to this place called Wayanad in Kerala. So initially we all were ready, just like other times, all the family members said yes initially, but then all of them started to back out after a while saying there's no money or right now we cannot go because there's a lot of stuff pending here at home, but my uncle convinced all of them to come with us to this place and we all went there and we all just had a lot of fun and I would credit that trip. We went there twice and I would credit my uncle both of the times for that trip and it was absolutely amazing. And if I had to explain what I feel about him, it is something else out of this world, I would say.

    Band 6-7

When it comes to some planning or some celebration or travel, the only person that comes to my mind is my mother. My mother has been planning all the things for my family, especially when it comes to some celebrations like birthdays or wedding or even when it comes to traveling plan. Not only just specific to these occasions but also in our day-to-day life, when it comes to our office schedules or our personal, she makes sure we have ate breakfast on time or we are preparing our lunch, we have ate our lunch on time or we have made certain things like documents or anything before our deadline. So I can say she is like a planner of my entire family. This is something I believe comes naturally to a woman when they are handling their profession as well as personal life. I remember once we were planning to travel to north of India, especially Manali and she was the one who did it from scratch when it comes to travel, food, stay. She planned everything on her own with very least amount of contribution from our side. And when we actually went to those places, the place was simply amazing. The travel was so comfortable, the stay was such a nice stay with aesthetic views and everything, every new location nearby to our stay. So it was like walkable or a minimum of transportation from the places where we stayed. Along with that, even the activities like scuba diving or river rafting or shopping at mall road were so well planned that we came across very less crowd during those days.

    Band 6-7

So the person who usually is very good at planning is my mama. I know my mama because he has been in a lot of gatherings and the fun part is that he has organized them and planned everything to the very last detail. One of the special aspects of his character is he's very kind to everyone no matter how that person is. He always looks at everyone with a clear perspective and with an intention to make great and cherishing bonds. So one of the trips he planned was in 2016. We all had gone to Goa and he planned everything so perfectly. Furthermore, the reason why I admire him because he had the courage and determination to go to the US at a young age of 25. My mama left his family and he was completely foreign to the customs and the culture of that nation but he still survived and thrived and is the reason why I look up to him. I always seek for his advice whenever I'm in trouble or whenever I require a mature and intelligent person's suggestions and help.
