When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

    Answer

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

Occupational therapy is the course that I am currently pursuing and it was introduced to me by my psychiatrist. I knew from a very young age that I wanted to pursue a career in medicine, but given my health and mental conditions, mental issues that I was facing, I did not really want to pursue MBBS and the rest of the courses like physiotherapy were quite in a trend and I never liked pursuing the trends. So she suggested occupational therapy to me and it went well with my personality as the further working hours in the future were quite flexible and it will still allow me to help people rehabilitate and get back to their occupation. My favourite subjects up until now that I have studied were anatomy and ergonomics. Anatomy because I loved studying about how the different organs and bones functioned in my body and the cherry on top was that I got to hold different organs and bones which actually helped quite a lot in remembering the different positions in which they are placed in the body. While ergonomics helped, it is a very interesting branch of occupational therapy as by making small creative changes in how we live our life can create a huge impact in a person. My currently I am not exactly working as a professional, but I do enjoy my practical hours where I get to interact with my patients.

Among the courses that I have completed, I would like to highlight a particular course called project management. I took this in Coursera and found it to be quite informative and interesting because it not only included a comprehensive study into the curriculum of project management but also offered interactive sessions with people around the globe. These people occupy some of the highest positions in corporate networks and are open to discussions on various problems and solutions of project management difficulties. Hence, I loved this course. Additionally, it also offered AI usage which was quite useful considering the recent development and use of AI in work efficiency. Naturally, I was drawn to this course because of its integration of AI into project management. It showed the efficiency of AI usage and ways how I can implement it providing a hands-on experience. Overall, I would term this course to be quite interesting and would definitely recommend it to my peers who want to take a step forward and make themselves ready for the future job market.

In the modern era where everything is digitalized, I feel one of the courses which impressed me the most is digital marketing. So there are many institutes and colleges which offer masters in digital marketing which is supposed to be an equivalent to MBA. Now I haven't taken the course but I am a curriculum designer for a college that basically teaches digital marketing. In these courses we are taught about what is digital marketing as well as different medias and technologies that can be used to market our products or a brand's product digitally. So one thing which impresses me the most about this course is how the traditional marketing is digitalized. So if we talk about pen and paper marketing which used to take place in the native era or in the traditional era, it was more about spreading the word by one-on-one means. However, in digital marketing you are using the same mediums, you are spreading the one-one-on-one like a character or a person is digitally spreading the word to a specific consumer but the range of consumers has increased. So it makes sure that a lot of people get attracted to the brand or agency that is spreading the word and I create curriculum for such courses so it is entertaining for me as well as it makes me realize how fast the world is changing and how the digital world is impacting our everyday life. I am basically the most impressed by it.

A recent course which I had completed was from Aon, Talent Acquisition Ready. The course was spread across the talent acquisition, its effectiveness, how come we can implement technology into our talent acquisition and interview and hiring processes. This was certified by Aon which is a learning centre. The course duration was spread across 8 weeks, usually the classes were held on the weekends virtually. I learnt quite a few things from this course and I would proudly like to add that I have inculcated couple of practices. For example, the phone screen technique while talking to the candidates, I have implemented that in my current practice and additionally an interview assessment sheet which was taught in the course, I have also implemented that in my current practice. The course was extremely informative, the facilitators were very subtle, they were seamless, the course was very descriptive, informative and finally I also like the course because I got to interact with lot of working professionals across country as well as couple of them were from abroad. I got to work with them, share some assignments and notes. It was very interesting to take the course with them and understand their practices and how they work and understand from there what I can.

The course was about the iconic movie sequel, Harry Potter. As a Harry Potter super fan, I really was hoping to take up this course. I took this course at the University of California. It was a very fun experience as the professor was very friendly and we learned a lot of new things. Also about the acting, the expression, the history of Harry Potter as well as about some of the characters. I was really impressed after the course as I got an in-depth and better understanding about the Harry Potter series. I had always been a fan of the book series but I also looked forward to understanding the movie series as well. This course helped me a lot in doing that. It is a very good course and I would recommend other people to take up too if they are interested in Harry Potter or just want to learn about acting and expressions.
