Jacksonville - Florida - USA

Jacksonville University, founded in 1934, is a non-profit private university in Jacksonville, Florida. The university was earlier known as Jacksonville Junior College. With more than 100 majors, minors and programs at the undergraduate level, the College also provides 23 master's and doctorate programmes. There are 2928 UG students and 1236 PG students, with more than 180 academic staff enrolled in the College. The College has a student-faculty ratio of 11:1.
The University is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. Top majors preferred in this university include Aviation, Management, Biology, Nursing, Business and Marine Sciences.
The overall fee structure per year is around 34,000 USD. The University has an acceptance rate of 92%. SAT/ACT scores are required to get admitted into the College. More than 100 clubs and organizations are based on several areas like academics, sports, interests and hobbies.
