• The average monthly rent is between USD 850 and USD 1050
• Studio flats, 3 bedroom apartments, 4 bedroom apartments, and shared apartments are also available
• The apartments have central air conditioning and complimentary high-speed internet access

• Every building has a lounge for studying and relaxation
