On-Campus Accommodation

 

The university provides a safe and comfortable environment for students to make lifelong memories. There are two different settings on two other campuses. 

 

1. North Village

The North Village housing complex has over 2,100 inhabitants who live in seven residence halls that offer various living options such as single and double rooms and apartment-style apartments. Study rooms, recreation rooms, lounges, kitchenettes, and laundry facilities are available in each residence hall, as well as Wi-Fi access, computer labs, cable TV and Xfinity On Campus with 120+ Digital and HD online channels with DVR service, study rooms, recreation rooms, lounges, kitchenettes, and laundry facilities. A gaming lounge, movie room, exercise centre, pool, basketball and tennis courts, and a rooftop terrace are available to residents. The residence halls are located near the American River, which provides walking and bicycling trails. A range of freshly prepared eating alternatives is available at The Servery at the Dining Commons and the Courtyard Market. North Village communities offer a full-time, live-in professional staff of post-masters and qualified Resident Advisors. Residential staff plan educational events, provide academic advice and act as mentors and sources of university information for residents.

 

2. Hornet Commons

 

Hornet Commons is a pet-friendly neighbourhood on Sacramento State's campus that offers completely furnished individual and communal bedroom options. You'll never be far from fun or your classes because we're right in the middle! Residents can enjoy a resort-style swimming pool, community lounges, yoga lawn, basketball court, sand volleyball court, business centre, dog park, and a state-of-the-art fitness centre, among other amenities. Furthermore, all apartments have a washer and dryer, high-speed internet, cable, and all-inclusive rent packages covering water, sewer, trash, and electricity. Do you want to save money on groceries? The apartments include a full-size stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and lots of cupboard space in the kitchen.
