Eligibility

Please use the following information as a guide. Other qualifications, such as work experience, may be considered in addition to the requirements stated below, and each application will be evaluated on its own merits. Some specialty BA/BSc programmes may demand a higher grade, while some Higher National Diploma (HND) or Foundation (FdA/FdSc) courses may require a lower grade. Individual course pages will detail specific course prerequisites.

Candidates with other qualifications should email the International Recruitment Office at international@worc.ac.uk with all of their qualifications to see whether they are eligible.

Undergraduate

Applicants with a 60 percent overall grade from the All India Boards' Standard XII Higher Secondary School Certificate and a 65 percent English grade from standard XII, or an IELTS score of 6.0 (with no less than 5.5 in each component), will be considered for admission to our undergraduate degree programmes. Other English language credentials will be taken into account. All other boards will require a 65 percent total grade.

Postgraduate

Pass the Indian Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 55 percent (50 percent from the University of Delhi) and an IELTS score of 6.5 (no less than 5.5 in any component) or equivalent.

  • Two scholarly references are acceptable (depending on your course level and subject)
  • A passing score on an English language test (IELTS/Cambridge Advanced, Pearson).

  • a copy of your most recent passport or identification card
