A public red brick research institute in England, the University of Bristol, was founded in 1876. It consists of six faculties (Arts, Health Sciences, Engineering, Science, Social Sciences and Law, and Life Sciences) with 25 academic schools. The undergraduate enrollment is around 20,311, while the postgraduate registration is approximately 4,939 for taught and 2,263 for research courses.
