Ulster University typically accepts applications from individuals who:

 

  • All Indian Standard XII (Central Boards or a State Board) students must have a 60% overall average, with at least 50% in 5 subjects. Where a course includes subject-specific prerequisites, 60% of each of those prerequisites must be met

Or

  • A three-year degree in engineering or technology with a 60% overall grade point average from a state board of technical education (Accredited by ACITE)
  • Math at GCSE is required
  • Indian Standard XII Grade B: 60%
  • Indian Standard XII, Grade C: 50%

Or

  • Standard X for CBSE or CISCE
  • 60% for grade B
  • 50% for grade C

 

Graduate Programmes

 

Typically, universities require applicants for taught programmes to have the equivalent of a first-year degree from the United Kingdom (usually in a relevant subject area).
