Located in the London City Centre in Southwark on the south bank of the Thames, London South Bank University is a public university. The university laid its foundation in 1892 and was shortly called LSBU. It has seven schools and 15 research centers, and 36 research groups.
London South Bank University offers various UG, PG, and apprenticeship degrees. The programs are divided into 172 undergraduate courses, 96 master's courses, 31 research and doctorate degrees, 46 continuing professional education, 22 short courses, and five foundation programs. Some programs include BA, BSc, BEng, LLB, MEng, MA, MSc, MRes, Ph.D., etc. Some popular systems are engineering, accounting and science, game design and development, MBA, law, computer science, and health.
The London South Bank Students' Union organizes around 85 student clubs and societies and 11 sports clubs for students. In addition, the university provides various internships, placements, and work experience for students. The Employability Service helps students find jobs, develop ideas to crack interviews, and more.
