When the cue card section begins, the examiner will provide you with a cue card containing a topic, such as 'Describe A Place Away From Your Home And You Want To Visit In The Future.' You will have one minute to prepare your response. During this time, the examiner observes your preparation process. Then, you will speak on the topic for up to 2 minutes.
The most effective approach to answering these cue cards is to break down your response into smaller sections: Introduction, describing your experience/opinion/interest, key highlights, and conclusion. This structure helps you organise your thoughts coherently and ensures that you cover all aspects of the topic within the given time frame.
