The following are the eligibility criteria and language requirements for applying to various programmes at the University of Wyoming that are available to international students:

International Student Eligibility Requirements —

The following are the program-specific generic eligibility requirements for international graduates and undergraduates:

Undergraduate Admissions: Students are admitted to undergraduate programmes based on their high school GPA or SAT or ACT scores. To be admitted to undergraduate programmes, students must have a high school diploma or certificate. On a 4.0 unweighted grading scale, a student's cumulative grade point average should be 3.0 or higher, and they must have a composite ACT score of 21 or a SAT score of 980 (math/critical reading combined).

Graduate Eligibility: To be admitted to the university's graduate programme, students must have earned an undergraduate or bachelor's degree from an approved institution. All applicants must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.000. (scale of 4.000). GRE/GMAT scores may be required for some graduate programmes.

Indian Students' Country-Specific Requirements —

Examination boards such as ISC, GCSE, AISSCE, and others must give Class 12 or Standard XII Board Examination results to students. The college or a transcript assessment agency, such as World Education Services (WES) or any other evaluation agency listed as a member on the NACES website, must provide original or certified true copies of transcripts. Transcripts and papers must be submitted in the local language, together with documents that provide English translations.

  • Incoming overseas students can stay on campus in one of the university's various residence halls.
  • A big first-floor lobby with laptops, sofas, a TV watching space, and a 24-hour service desk is available in each of the residence halls.

They have an impressive infrastructure and their tuition fees are affordable as well. I would highly recommend UW to anyone considering attending in the future.
