Accommodation

On-Campus Accommodation

Living on campus puts students in the heart of the university community and allows them to take advantage of opportunities for academic and extracurricular activity. The university provides both classic residence halls and apartment-style housing. The staff is dedicated to providing each resident with the necessary assistance, whether they live in one of the residence halls or apartments.

1. Residence Halls

All residence halls provide accessible laundry facilities, community and study rooms, vending machines, and utilities (electricity, water, phone with voice mail, cable, and internet access/Wi-Fi) (drinks and snacks). Each room has a bed with a mattress for each occupant, a desk, a chair, a chest of drawers, and a closet. Additionally, each hall has a separate study space and a classroom.

  • Browing & Evins Hall

The only all-male residence halls on campus, Browning and Evins Halls, are accessible to students of all majors. The academic calendar at Browning/Evins includes lectures by academic staff from many fields, seminars on students' time management and study skills, and workshops on undergraduate research techniques.

  • Cooper & Dunn Halls

The only residence hall for females is Cooper & Dunn. There are 220 students living there in a residence hall with a classic design. Standard double rooms predominate, however, there are also a few single rooms. Cooper/Dunn is a conventional hall with public bathrooms. Each building has a laundry room on the first floor.

  • Ellington & Warf Halls

Warf and Ellington are coed residence halls. The result would be a floor with only men and women on it. There are a few single and triple rooms among the standard double rooms.

  • Jobe & Murphy Halls

This traditional coed hall has been refurbished. The building is the same, with Jobe on one side and Murphy on the other.
Standard male and female double rooms make up most of the residential spaces, while single (mainly male) and triple rooms are also present (mostly male). Female rooms are found on the second and third floors, while male rooms are located on the first, fourth, and fifth floors.

  • Maddux & McCord Halls

Specifically designed for engineering majors, Maddux/McCord is a coed Engineering Specialty Hall. Numerous events and activities related to the Engineering Specialty Hall are planned for students enrolled in College of Engineering classes during the academic year.

  • MS Cooper & Pinkerton Halls

MS Cooper and Pinkerton Halls have three residential floors, and the traditional co-ed hall is accessible to all majors. Anyone who wants to live here and interact with a vibrant multinational community is welcome.

2. Tech Village Apartments

Students who reside on campus may choose to rent apartments at Tech Village, which lies across Willow Avenue on the northwest side of campus. The university works to make sure the apartments give you a cosy and homey atmosphere at the most affordable price. The majority of students believe that the location is ideal for maximising their college experience.
