  • Established in 1906, Suffolk University is a private research university located in Boston, Massachusetts. It was founded as a law school and became a university in the 1930s, offering bachelor's, master's, and doctoral programs. It now holds accreditation by the New England Commission of Higher Education American Bar Association and others. The university has its main campus in Beacon Hills surrounded by nine buildings and is named one of the Princeton Review's best business schools. 
  • In addition, it is ranked 31 in the Regional Universities North by the U.S. News and World Report. Suffolk University has 900+ courses and 70 academic courses and is managed by 356 full-time and 284 faculty members. The various schools and colleges of Suffolk university include the Sawyer Business School, Suffolk college of Art and Science, Suffolk University Law school, and has a Madrid campus for study abroad programs along with continuing education courses in fields like art and design, psychology, data science, and others. It is also a member of NCAA Division III, having 19 NCAA Division III teams. 
  • The university is home to more than 9,000 undergraduate and graduate students. Apart from the courses and degrees offered, Suffolk university is actively engaged in research. Some of the research centers include the Center for Entrepreneurship, Center for Executive Education, Poetry Center, Sagan Energy Research laboratory, and many more. 
  • In addition, more than 60% of the freshman and 25% of the undergraduate students can find residential facilities in its four co-ed halls, namely Smith hall, Nathan R. Miller Hall, 10 West hall, and Modern Theatre Hall.The average cost of attendance for an off-campus undergraduate full-time student in the Boston campus is approximately USD 66,201, and the same for a resident student is USD 63,138.
