Established in 1971, National University is a private non-profit institute in California that focuses on adult education. There are over 25,000 enrolled across 75+ degree programs taught in a four-week class format. Eligibility Requirements for Undergraduates

The following are the admittance requirements for overseas students at the undergraduate level:

Admission Process

What is the procedure for submitting an application? Is there a round of interviews involved?

Unlike many other US universities, National University requires graduate and undergraduate applicants to go through the same application process.

  • Step 1: Go to the university's website and click the Apply Now button at the top of any page. The following window will appear.
  • Step 2: From the list of possible application options, select International Student Application.
  • Step 3: Carefully read Tab 1 and double-check the admission requirements.
  • Step 4: Gather information and documentation for your application.
  • Step 5: Select Tab 2 and pay attention to the fee requirements.
  • Step 6: Go to Tab 3 and review the document criteria that must be uploaded/submitted.
  • Step 7: Students must complete a 'Intent to Register' form on Tab 4.
  • Step 8: At the top of the screen, click 'Register' to create a new NU account.
  • Step 9: Fill in the needed information, such as your first and surname names, as well as your date of birth.
  • Step 10: Select the 'I agree' checkbox and then click the 'Continue' button.
  • Step 11: Fill in the required information, including an active email address, to finish the registration process.
