Welcome to Residential Life at Mississippi Valley State University

The MVSU campus is home to around 1,000 students. Your residence is more than a dorm here. A "dorm" is merely a sleeping and storage area for students. "Residence Halls" are available at MVSU. Students can engage, grow, mature, study, and effectively pursue their academic and personal goals in residence halls, which are vibrant facilities and a home away from home.

MVSU housing is conveniently located on campus and includes eight (8) residence halls. Every residence hall has a computer lab as well as basic cable and internet hookups in every room. A Residence Hall Director (RHD), Hall Monitors, and Resident Assistants are stationed in each residence hall to assist residents in adjusting to college life, provide security, and lend a helping hand.

The Career Services Center is a never-ending source of information. They provide services and assistance to current and former students.

The Career Services Center offers a variety of programmes and services to help students and alumni connect with the people, resources, and organisations that can help them go where they want to go, whether it's a full-time work or a post-baccalaureate degree. Both students and alumni are encouraged to take advantage of the services and opportunities provided by our office.
