I am a first generation student with an immigrant background, and I came to this institution to pursue a better education. I had high hopes for FSU, and it was not long before I realized that even though there have been some hiccups in the past few years, they are truly striving to be one of the best universities in the nation.

I have had the pleasure of going to Fitchburg State University for the past few years and I must say that I am very impressed with what they offer. There are plenty of scholarship opportunities and helpful professors who always find time to answer any questions. The comfortable accommodation, diverse community, and knowledgeable staff make it a home away from home.

As a new freshman coming from out of state, I had no idea what to expect when I came here. But the school was very friendly and easy to get around. The campus is beautiful and there are many activities you can take part in that will keep you busy...the professors are knowledgeable and the staff is incredibly helpful.
