- If English is not the student's native language, he or she must take and submit the SAT, ACT, International English Language Testing System (IELTS), or Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) exam to the Admissions office. To be considered for admission to The College of Saint Rose, you must have a TOEFL score of 500 on the paper-based exam, 173 on the computer-based exam, or 80 on the Internet-based exam. For admission, a minimum IELTS score of 5.5 is necessary.
