Students must live on campus during their first two college years (four semesters).

• Orchard Hall is the only hall on the Eden Hall Campus
• The Shadyside Campus has several lodging options
• There are five housing halls on the Shadyside Upper Campus

• The Chatham Apartments, Chung Apartments, Duplex at Maryland, Haber Apartments, Hicks Estate, Linzer Apartments, and Pelletreau Apartments are all located on the Shadyside Lower Campus
• There are single or multiple occupancy rooms available in these halls and flats
• The university does not accommodate graduate students on the Shadyside Campus
• Each room in Chatham University's Upper Campus residence halls is supplied with a bed, desk, and dresser for each roommate. The beds, desks, dressers, couches, dining room tables with chairs and coffee tables are all included in the apartment furnishings
