Berkeley College, established in 1931, is a private for-profit college accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education. With its campus setting in urban and suburban areas, there are two campuses in Midtown Manhattan and White Plains and 4 in New Jersey of Newark, Paramus, Woodbridge and Woodland Park. There are more than 130 academic departments and 80 interdisciplinary research units divided into 5 colleges and 1 school.
