What are the requirements for participation?
There are programme and course-specific requirements at the university. Basic eligibility is also determined by the country in which you completed your education; for example, Indian candidates must meet the following basic eligibility standards to be considered for admission:

Language Requirements in English
If English is not their first language, international students must demonstrate a minimum level of English competence. If the following conditions are not met, the institution will only accept IELTS Academic and Pearson PTE Academic in addition to UKVI authorised SELT exams, including 'IELTS for UKVI.'
If studied within the last 5 years of the course start date, students who scored 70% in English in Grade 12 from the following exam boards are not required to submit IELTS.

I graduated with a degree in International Relations and I'm currently studying my Master's. The courses you can take in the university are diverse, the lecturers are knowledgeable and friendly, the academic environment is comfortable, the housing is affordable and there are many opportunities for scholarships. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to pursue an education at an international level.
I have been attending University of Stirling for the past three years now, and I have never regretted my decision. The university provides a diverse community, comfortable accommodation, knowledgeable professors, friendly staff, competitive environment and scholarship. I love it here and would not recommend any other college to prospective students.
I absolutely loved the University of Stirling! The staff is so friendly and welcoming, the professors are knowledgeable and able to provide assistance, I've made amazing friends with my roommates, and it's a competitive environment that helps you grow as a person. It was also very inexpensive for all the academic services they offered.
