University-Owned Flats
1. Kings Road flats
In Brighton's Kings Road, which is on the coast, you can live in a single room. The Sussex campus is easily accessible by bus and train.
The following is included in your rent:
- Water, electricity, and gas bills, as well as service charges
- Cleaning of shared rooms on a regular basis — you do your own laundry and clean your bedroom and bathroom.
- Insurance for the contents (basic cover)
- Maintenance, management, and security services are all available on campus.
As a University campus service, have an Internet connection in our apartments.
University-managed House
In Brighton & Hove, you can live off-campus in a furnished student house.
You won't have to pay a deposit or offer a guarantor because your rent covers all bills. All off-campus lodging is close to a bus or train station that connects to campus.
Privately Rented Accommodation
The university can provide advice and examine your tenancy agreement if you want to rent a flat, room, or house from a private landlord or leasing agent.
