Bangor University is a public institution established in 1884 in Bangor, Gwynedd, UK. Currently, the university has over 50 specialist research centers in arts, humanities, and sciences, and the following three colleges house 14 academic schools, namely the College of Arts, Humanities, and Business, the College of Environmental Sciences and Engineering, and the College of Human Sciences.
The university offers over 250 undergraduate and over 150 postgraduate courses in over 40 subjects. Also, as per the Research Excellence Framework (REF) 2021, 85% of its research is world-leading or excellent internationally.
