  • Founded in 1841, Queen’s University is one of the oldest universities in Canada. It is situated in the city of Kingston in Ontario, Canada. The various programs offered by Queen's University - School of English are Canadian Academic English Experience Program, Academic English Foundations, Canadian English Experience Program, English for Academic Purposes. 
  • The various in-class hours for every week that these programs demand range from 18 to 23. The program duration of these lies in the range of 3 weeks to 12 weeks. Besides these, this institute also extends a Queen's University Bridging Pathway (QBridge) program. There are Queens University - School of English scholarships available for eligible candidates. To name these, there is Golden Source International Award (CAD 1,700) and Marion Edith Dubin Memorial Scholarship in English (CAD 750). 
  • In order to be eligible for these scholarships, students must be a returning student or pay their tuition in full for the EAP program. Additionally, their age must be at least 18 years. Queen’s University ranked first in Canada and fifth globally in the Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings in April 2021. This was in the global rankings of universities which are advancing the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) within and beyond their local communities. 
  • Students joining the QSoE Volunteer Club get an opportunity to devote their time, expertise and knowledge to the Kingston community. There is also a QSoE Student Life Program that gives students a chance to organise and plan events, and also act as a voice for the student body. There are a number of options for accommodation options for QSoE students. 
  • This school is partnered with Canada Homestay Network (CHN). Besides these, the university provides other residence options and also offers a list of university and non-university-owned houses and other resources.
