- Douglas College is a public college established in 1970 and named after former British Governor of British Columbia, Sir James Douglas. The College is in a study-friendly environment in British Columbia, Canada. The College is affiliated with ACCC, CBIE and CUP. There are three major campuses in Metro Vancouver, two in New Westminster and one in Coquitlam. There is also a Training Centre campus in Surrey.
