The course Applied Management: Placement must be completed by students in combination with a work placement, which can be done during the Summer, Fall, or Winter terms. Students will be advised on the optimal work term option to arrange an order with a business based on their academic focus and professional goals. Students will gain from improved contact with their host employers, tracking of project deliverables, and evaluation from faculty supervisors during the work placement.

An innovative curriculum, specialized career services, and the Self-Development Lab are the three main strategic areas Rotman delivers to help students gain the knowledge and expertise they need to advance as high-value decision-makers and corporate leaders.
