- Established in 1954, University de Sherbrooke is a public university in the Province of Quebec, Canada. The university has three campuses: Sherbrooke is the main campus. It has two training centres, seven faculties, management, and support services.
- The other two campuses are the Health Campus, which offers Faculty of Medicine and Health Science, and the Longueuil Campus, offering 100 programs, and is located in Monti.

Criteria for Admission
- Have your university give you permission to enrol in the courses you choose at the Université de Sherbrooke;
- Have a strong grade point average and be able to demonstrate French competence;
- Pay for your own transportation, housing, and food, as well as, if necessary, health insurance;
- Follow the Université de Sherbrooke's exchange student entrance standards.

- Transcripts of completed education, preferably every year after high school (photocopy)
- Identification page of a passport or a birth certificate (photocopy)
- Proof of your ability to communicate in French. If you are presently enrolled in a French-speaking school or applying to our French as a Second Language or Modern Languages programmes, you do not need to submit this document. A C1 (CEFR test) or your score on our online French Placement Test can be used as proof (free). To apply for normal courses, most faculties require FLS 060 and FLS 083-084. A student with a good B2 may be encouraged to take a combination of normal and advanced FSL courses if they pass our placement test. Please send us an email to register for the test.
