Herzing College is a private institute extending higher education and having its presence in several states including Toronto, Ottawa, Cambridge and Winnipeg. This institute boasts of being present at eight campus locations. There are two campus locations of Herzing College at Montreal.
Out of these, the Central campus or Herzing College - Downtown Montreal is situated in the heart of downtown Montreal. Herzing College Montreal was established in 1968. This institute has accreditation and partnership with several associations and organizations on regional, local, and national levels.
Some of these include NACC (National Association of Career Colleges), LSO (Law Society of Ontario), AMF( Autorité des marchés financiers), etc. Herzing College - Downtown Montreal aims to provide career-focused education, and thus the courses are designed to train students with skills that employers seek.
It offers more than 10 diploma programs in the areas of Business, Design, Technology and Education. The college admissions take place in fall, winter and spring semesters. The college has a graduate employment rate of 89%. Besides being a secondary vocational studies institute (permit number 534501), Herzing College Montreal is a post-secondary institution with the recognition from the Ministry of Education and Higher Learning (permit number 749758).
This institute extends several scholarships to its students for studying in Canada. Some of these include Academic Scholarship amounting to 1000 CAD; William R Rootham Scholarships valued at up to 20,000 CAD; Alumni Referral Scholarship. Qualifying Herzing College alumni can pursue a course at this institute at totally free of tuition cost, exclusive of textbook costs and lab fees.
This institute’s alumni can also avail a 20% discount on certificates and courses offered by Kompass Professional Development. Besides their career-oriented education, students also receive Career Development classes to prepare professionally. Additionally, this college follows the P.R.I.C.E (Professionalism, Respect, Integrity, Caring, and Engagement) model for students’ overall experience.
