Established in 1969, Hansa Language Centre is one of the biggest and most established Canadian language schools. Hansa has two campuses, and both of them are conveniently situated in midtown Toronto, a few steps away from the Eglinton subway station.
This institute is recognized by Languages Canada and the MTCU. The full-time students of Hansa are eligible for student visa authorization. Besides this, Hansa Language Centre has liaisons with more than a dozen Canadian high schools, universities, colleges, and scholarship opportunities.
Along with a number of English classes, students go through a flexible schedule and a range of excursions, trips, social activities and sports. This institute also extends teacher training programs and foreign language programs for Canadians like Spanish, German, French, and Mandarin.
The class sizes of Hansa are small, and there is an average of only nine students in each class. Students from Hansa Language Centre have been known to consistently outscore other students on IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC examinations.
The various English programs offered by this institute include Intensive English Programs, Academic Preparation Program, Exam Preparation Courses for IELTS, TOEFL, CELPIP. Besides these, it provides Evening & Saturday English Programs, Executive English Program (Private Classes), and Junior Program.
Some foreign languages taught here include Arabic, French, German, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, etc.
Hansa Language Centre Toronto has a homestay program through which students get a private room in a family home along with meals per week. Alternatively, students not interested in living with a family can opt for residences in Toronto.
