Eligibility Criteria of DCA Scholarship
Following are the eligibility criteria for DCA Scholarship:
- The candidate must be a current student at a recognised university in the United States or have been admitted to an approved institution in the United States in the case of graduating high school seniors
- The application must be accompanied by a complete transcript, as well as proof of college acceptance in the case of high school seniors
- A letter of recommendation from an academic advisor or faculty member is required, along with a scholarship essay. The letter can be mailed with the application, or you can email it to the DCA office (dca@dcachicken.com) in time for the application deadline. Letters must be written on school letterhead and include the referring faculty member’s signature
- The applicant’s or their family’s membership in the DCA is not needed and has no bearing on the selection process. Scholarship payments are made to the recipient’s school’s financial assistance office

Emerson Morgan Graduate Scholarship
Graduate students at US colleges that are involved in research that directly affects Delmarva’s chicken community will be eligible for $3,000 graduate-level scholarships.
