International students must get one or more of the following credentials in order to apply for an undergraduate programme:

  • A recognised senior secondary school diploma or university admissions test (Australian equivalent)
  • A foundational course at a recognised university
  • A two- or three-year diploma, advanced diploma, or associate degree that is recognised
  • A minimum of one year of study toward a university degree at an accredited institution

 

Academic Requirements by Nation

 

Indian applicants must meet certain (minimum) requirements in order to be admitted to Macquarie University, including language competency and school/college grades.

 

The following criteria are followed by Macquarie for undergraduate admissions:

 

All India Senior School Certificate (AISSC): CBSE should base scores on the average of the top four academic subjects.
