- Be excellent international students admitted (or conditionally admitted) to one of TU Delft’s 2-year MSc programmes. (Note: The scholarship does not cover Joint Education Programmes.)
- Have demonstrated outstanding academic results in their previous study program, placing them within the top 10% of their graduating class. While proof of ranking is not mandatory, it serves as an indicator of competitiveness.
- Submit a complete MSc application by the scholarship deadline.

- Full tuition fees for the two-year MSc programme (based on the statutory or institutional fee, depending on your nationality).

- Complete your MSc application (check the admission requirements)
- Upload the Scholarship Application Form
- Upload two reference letters
- You can upload your reference letters during your MSc application (as one PDF document), according to the indicated requirement.

- You can request the reference letters from your referee(s). Fill out the information about your referee/s and invite them by using the ‘send invitation button’. The referee(s) will receive an automatic email inviting him/her to upload a reference for you.
- Upload the English language certificate
- Please note that Non-EU/EFTA students must include their English test with their application (if required).
- All these documents need to be submitted at once. The deadline for the 2025 intake is 1st December 2024. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
