Yes, your dMAT result is printed directly on the APS certificate that g.a.s.t. issues, and that certificate goes out with your application to every German university you apply to. There is no version of the certificate that omits or masks the score for a particular application.

Since the score is permanent and visible everywhere, put in real preparation before the 26 September sitting rather than treating it as a formality you can redo later. One focused month of practice on the core module task types is worth far more than hoping for a second attempt.
