In today's fast-paced life where meeting and greeting has slowed down. Some individuals think that interacting with others who have different thoughts and ideas is better for good collaboration and experience, while others think to avoid any fights or adjustment issues, it is good to be around people who have same thinking. This essay will elaborate both the views in details. Firstly, there are numerous social media platforms available nowadays which allows people to connect with others from different backgrounds and different places. For example, most of the people who are extroverts tends to talk to different personalities. This not only enhances the knowledge but also helps in knowing what is happening around them to keep them updated with the latest trends and technologies.Additionally, some people think meeting with people having differenet mindsets can be beneficial for career growth as different people brings different perspective towards life. Moreover, today people love doing solo travelling. As a result, they get to know different cultures, perosnalities, and it definitely counts as a great experience for their lifetime. Secondly, some people think that having individuals around them who have same opinions and thinkings as they possess is beneficial and fruitful in numerous ways. To illustrate, when there are like-minded people together, then there is a lesser chance of any quarrel among them. Moreover, people with same thoughts do not have to make big adjustments to be friends with others, as they share same opinions which enhances their bond and overall wellness as an individual. In conclusion, it varies from person to person whom they want to interact with. In my opinion, both the above discussed views have their own perks, but an individual should decide how they want their surroundings to be for an overall well-being with less conflicts and minimized stress.

There are various types of individuals with different mentaility, views and ideas. Few people think that, connecting with these type of people is better. Whereas, others believe it is good to be friends with people having same minded thinking. In my point of view, it is always good to explore new and different perspectives. This essay will discuss the both views of the people. To begin with, interaction with others who are having different views and thoughts will help to explore multiple ways towards the same problem. For example, solving a mathematics problem will always have multiple ways. And different persons have different method to solve the issue. Therefore, interacting with individuals having different perspective will always help to expand the knowledge. Additionally, discussions with these kind of humans will lead to creation of new ideas and other creativity such as the launch of the new textile brand Jack and John by two friends from different field of study. On the other hand, people with same mentality can work better in the same team. A team will be strong only if every members have the same attitude and ideas towards the goal. For instance, all the members in a footabll team with same ideas and technique will have better results compared to team with contrasting thoughts or technique such as the different mentality fo people in different era. Playing style of South Americans and Europians when they are playing for country is a classical example for this. In conclusion, exploring multiple ideas and thoughts are always benificial for each individuals. However, same minded people can also contribute to their goals in some areas. Having analysed the above fact, it is clear that the upper hand of people having the connection with different minded people.

Meeting and connecting with people can be a fulfilling experience. You can have people with like minded opinions and people with different thoughts and ideas as your own but a combination of both is what would help you in the long run. When you are in a group of people who are always debating your thoughts or coming up with their own ideas, challenging you at every step, could lead you to have your guard always up. You would try thinking of reasons of why you are proposing something before you even speak as you would often be challenged for your opinion. For example, during my early career, I had a manager who always questioned my suggestions and since he was short tempered no one openly supported my ideas in front of him. Since I was just starting my career, I was not always sure if my idea was the best and just gave my opinion when asked. Since he contuniously turned me down and always ended up choosing what he thought was right, I stopped giving my opinions and followed what he wanted. On other hand, if you are always in company of people who never challenge you, it might push you to other extreme, that is, over-confidence. You can be wrong at times and people definitely could suggest something else which could have better outcome for task at hand. In addition, discussing the pros and cons for an initiative or suggestion is the right way to handle any discussion and take it to a logical conclusion. For example, me and my friends were planning to go on a trip over a weekend and I suggested few places. We debated on few options and then decided on the best one. Few prople in the group supported my recommendations but some of them were against but finally we decided on destination which was best for everybody. Its always better to have a healthy combination of your supporters and critics in your circle of acquaintances. It would help you grow and have conversations which will eventually end up making you smarter.

We are living in a society with the people having different mindsets and beliefs. Some people think it is better to connect with people having different notions and on the other hand, some believe that it is good to be friends with like minded thinking. This essay highlights both the view points. However, in my opinion, it is good to go with the people with similar thoughts. To begin with, some people prefer to be around people with different thinking and ideas. This is because it is anticipated that they will tend to learn new things and aspects which will eventually be added to shape their personality. Moreover, they like to get exposure of different opinions to widen their horizon. To exemplify, socialized people tend to make new friends with different attitudes that make them more contented in their relationships. On the other hand, some people believe to be a part of the group with same thinking. This category of people are more comfortable with the people carrying synonym mindsets. They are able to make robust relations with them and feel more protective.Furthermore, people with same beliefs make amicable relations leading to better community. These people are quiet reserve in their approach and exhibit emotions with the limited group that leads to social development. In conclusion, people with both view points exist and they delibrately exhibit emotions and feelings as according to their behaviour. Both the type of people create a special room for their communication ,however, people with like minded thinking creates lasting impression leading to their social and emotional development.

Some people state that one should meet and greet people from different culture who have different mindset. While others argue that one should connect with only those who shares same ideas and thoughts. Allthough, only connecting with like minded people can help you to grow in your field but being with a person who is different than you would broadens the horizon of your brain. On one hand, when we start to connect and explore people who shares different background than us,We get deep insights about their culture and mentality. Which in turn makes us feel more confident and knowldegeable. It helps us to come out our comfortzone and thinks differently. For instance, many students go to abroad for study where they learn and explore other culture and lifestyle which is completely oppose than their own country. However, when they return to India they become more tolerent, skillful and confident. This demonstrates that stepping out from your horizon and exploring different cultures would shape your personality in a better way. In contrast, some believe, that one should just stay with people who share same views. If people stay with those people who shares similar opinions, thoughts and backgrounds they feel very comfortable with eachother and they also help eachother to accelerate in their skills. For example, in some schools students are divided into groups with similar pepople so that they can achive good scores in their respective subjects. In conclusion, becoming friends with same mentality could give you a boost in your field but I believe, that exploring different personalities and attitude will give you confidence and opens your mind which in turn increases your performance in life.

In today's interconnected world, people have diverse opinions on the value of relationships with those who think differently versus those who share similar views. While some argue that conecting with people who have different thoughts and ideas is beneficial, others beleive that friendship with like-minded individuals are more fulfilling. This essay will discuss both perspectives and provide my opinion on the matter. Connecting with people with different thoughts, proponents of connecting with individuals who have different thoughts and ideas argue that such interactions foster personal growth and broaden one's horizons. Engaging with diverse perspectives encourage critical thinking and challenges preconceived notions, Leading to a deeper understanding of various issues. For instance, debating with someone who holds and opposing political view can help individuals develop a more nuanced understanding of the topic and appreciate the complexity of different viewpoints. Additionally, interacting with people from different cultural backgrounds can enrich one's knowledge and appreciation of global diversity. Moreover, building relationships with individuals who think differently can promote tolerence and empathy. By understanding the rationale behind other' beliefs and values, people can learn to respect and appreciate differences, untimately fostering a more inclusive and harmonious society. Friendships with link-minded individuals, on the other hand, friendship with like-minded individuals offer a sense of comfort and validation. Sharing similar thoughts and ideas can strengthen bonds and create a supportive environment where individuals feel understood and accepted. These relationships provide a safe space for individuals to express themselves without fear of judgement, fostering a sense of belonging and emotional well-being. Furthermore, like-minded friendship can lead to collaborative success. When individuals share similar goals and values, they are more likely to work together effectively towards common objectives. For example, in professional settings, teams composed of like-minded members can often achieve higher levels of cohesion and productivity, as they share a unified vision and approach. In my opinoin, both types of relationships are valuable and can coexist harmoniously. While it is essential to have like-minded friends who provide emotional support and a sense of belonging, it is equally important to engage with individuals who think differently. The combination of both types of relationships can lead to a well-rounded and fulfilling social life. By maintaining a balance between connecting with diverse ideas and nuturing like-minded relationships, individuals can enjoy the benefits of both perspectives. They can experience personal growth, broaden their horizons, and develop empathy through diverse interactions, while also enjoying the comfort and support like-minded relationships. In conclusion, the choice between connecting with people who have different thoughts and ideas and those who share similar views is not mutually exclusive. Both types of relationships offer unique benefits and contribute to personal and social development. Embracing both perspectives can lead to a richer and more fulfilling life.

Human communication is a very interetsing and complex topic, with new ideas and opinions evolving everyday. Human interaction has and will continue to be a fascinating field of study for years to come. An idea of one's psyche can be gained, based on his/her preferences in interacting with other human beings. None of us have the exact same personality and different outtakes exist on human interactions and its ramifications. Contrasting amounts of varying traits, have resulted in a wide spectrum of social behaviours and norms that people utilize in their daily lives. Meeting strangers on one hand brings the initial awkwardness but as time progresses, there can be a improved flow of thought and ideas, leading to exchange of new information, cultures and lifestyles. Connecting people with few or no similarities, does not necessarily mean they cant get along. I have always seen that there are more new things to be learnt when dealing with the unfamiliar rather than otherwise. This has even inspired me in some instances and armed me with a broader outlook on society and its people. Socializing with like minded individuals on the other hand may not be as enlightening an experience as compared to conversing with strangers. There may be a sense of comfort and security but that does not pave way for evolution of ones mentality or improving character. To conclude, I think that it is necessary that one shouldnt be hesistant to communicate with people who share differing thoughts and ideas from their own, as this can improve social and communicative capabilities, which are vital for success in a human's personal and professional life.

Many believe that it is good to have friends with different mentalities and ideas, whereas some believe that people have to be friends with same-minded thoughts. In my opinion, people should choose their friendship with a different mindset, because you can learn so many new things and explore something you have never done. On the one hand, Many people think that a person needs to be friends with, who shares different ideas and thinks differently. It is because having an open-minded friend benefits in many ways, such as having new ideas to share and different thoughts which helps to get many new information. For example, My friends Riya and Yash, are really opposite from each other but share a really good bond, because whenever one is having any problem, another one can always have a positive solution and a different opinion, which helps them to get their connection more strong. On the other hand, some people feel that having a like-minded friend will benefit them more. People who share the same opinions are more secure with their connections because there are fewer chances of having a fight when it comes to making any decisions. For example, my brother and his best friend never had a fight in their 5 years of friendship because they both have similar minds and make decisions really easily. In conclusion, Having friends with the same opinion can have many benefits and connect easily, however, in my opinion, people who have different mind set connects well so they can learn new things and explore something new.

In this modern era, where everyone is connected to each other, socialising and keeping in touch with individuals having different thoughts and ideas cannot be avoided. Some opine that such interactions are better and some individuals are of the view that it is better to be friends or connect with people who have similar thought processes as you. Both thoughts have their own positives and negatives. I will be discussing both the viewpoints. To start with, It is advantagious to meet, connect or have friends with people of varied thoughts and ideas as this broadens your thinking and horizon . When we connect with such people it help us in understanding the reasoning behind their different point of views. It may happen that a good idea or thought strikes you and change your beleives. There is a saying that "One idea can change your life". Additionally, it is good to know other cultures as these may help when we travel abroad or we have to interact with such people due to job compulsions. Such connections or knowing different viewpoints may bear fruits later in your life. On the contrary, Some individuals are of the view that we should stick or interact with people who think the same way as you or are on the same tangent. They are of the view that such connections may lead to disputes and misunderstandings. Sometimes they can also result in cultural shocks and popular relegious belives are shaken. Additionally, it is very difficult to enjoy with individuals who do not share the same thoughts or ideas. To sum up this discussion, after deliberating on both the views, in my opinion everyone should mingle, have friendship or interact with individuals having different thoughts and ideas, than yours.

Communication is the key to broadening your relationship with people. It is always a pleasure to talk with like-minded people. However, making friends with individuals who are unlike you can be an exciting experience as well. Going forward, we will be discussing both sides of the topic, and to conclude, I will be presenting my personal opinion. Firstly, connecting with people having varied perceptions of life compared to you can help you explore how a particular situation can be dealt with in ways you never thought of. For example, a person with a timid personality will always be very cautious about expressing their opinions in a group activity. On the other hand, an outgoing person usually doesn't care before speaking their heart out to others. Moreover, we are already aware of how our personality gets affected by the people we meet daily. Hence, if a shy person gets an opportunity to make friends with an extrovert person, they should consider it, as it will deeply help them become more confident. Therefore, meeting people with different thoughts in life can prove to be an efficient way to mold your persona. Secondly, if we talk about making connections with people having like-minded thinking, it is more about finding comfort and home in a person. For instance, whenever you communicate with a pal of yours who shares similar ideas on life as you, it becomes easier for you to convey your personal notions. Furthermore, it is simpler to involve their opinions in your life, as they are relative to your conception. Lastly, my own opinion is to make friends with like-minded people. The main reason for my belief is that you rarely have conflicts with people who are in harmony with your mind. In addition, you have a healthier relationship with them than people who are different from you. To conclude, I would like to stand along with my personal opinion of having like-minded friends. Although socializing with individuals having different personalities can prove to be helpful in improving your soft skills, it can never be more comfortable than having a like-minded friend in your life.

A highly controversial issue in contemporary times relates to whether to have friends who have the same opinions or not. There is no denying that it is best to have companions who think alike but at the same time sometimes different opinions can also open new horizons. In my opinion, it is better to have friends who are aligned with same thoughts. There are people who think that it is good to build relations with people who have different opinions in different subjects. We can grow and learn as persons if we are exposed to differents points of view. This can inturn help us build our own thoughts on a particular topic. For instance, there are friends who think completely different when it comes to a very sensitive topic like politics. While one may support the left-wing, the other one may have loyalty towards the right-wing. As aresult, having friends of varied opinions can enhance both friendship and personal growth. On the other hand, some people think that it is best to choose friends who share same thoughts and interests. This is because they believe that friendship is likely to thrive only if friends sing the same tune. For example, some people like adventure sports like river rafting or scuba diving. They look forward to spend time together during holidays enjoying these activities. Therefore, they can get to spend a long time together without any arguments and friendship can thrive for a lifetime. In conclusion, I believe, both have their own merits. However, if given an option I will and have always chosen friends with like-minded thinking as I like to socialise with them, discuss my problems and have a safe space among them. At the same, I will also mention, that it is not impossible to have friends with different opinions.

This is an ongoing debate whether we should befriend like minded people or connect with people who have opposing ideas. I will discuss both sides of this dilemma and give my opinion at the end. We have seen over the course of human history that individuals who have uniquely different ideas are opposed by thier communities. But these opposing ideas form the bases of some greatest inventions in the human history. For example, the Wright brothers believed that humans can fly. This resulted in the modern day aircrafts flying across the skies. Similarly, when we sit among the people who have drastically different ideas from ours, can expand our horizons and give us a different thinking perspective. Thus letting us explore the vast ocean of knowledge. However, this is also believed to be true that adjusting to novel and unique perspectives can become challenging at times. For instance, in terms of faith and social norms people tend to be rigid and firm. In this regard, they tend to bind along with similar minded people. Similarly, individuals who follow a certain set of beliefs, example following a strict vegan diet to avoid animal cruelity of killing them, will like to hang around people following the same beliefs thus, making it easier for them so socialize. In conclusion, I believe that in todays modern times we need to operate with an open mind. There is rapid advancement is science and technology which we need to accept with open minds. While on the other hand, we don't have to give up on our old and traditional ways of thinking just because of modern day advancement. Being logical thinking beings we need to find a balance.

Humans are said to be social animals and it is important for us to socialise with other people. While some folks prefer to meet & greet likeminded people, others often choose to spend time with people who possess alternative ideas and thought process. Let us dive deeper into both of these aspects. A person with a progressive mindsent is generally seen to be around other persons who come from different backgrounds, having a different mindset. This is probably due to their desire to learn from these people who bring different perspectives. I have personally seen few of my coworkers who are generally curious with an impressive career trajectory. They were often seen having lunch and taking walks with people from different cultures, teams, education background. They learn something new each time, utilise new ideas and perspectives to improve their own lives. On the flip side, there are many people who rather prefer to be in a comfortable zone around people with similar outlook and interests. These people are funloving, they excel in socialising and making friends quickly with similar interests. Women in the society take part in kitty parties, boys and girls bond very well through sports and other activities like music, video games, movies et cetera, men talk to other men over current affairs are some of the example can be seen around us. This is fulfilling to form relationship with other people over similar ideas, thoughts and interests. In my opinion, people during their childhoods naturally tend to be friends with other children of similar interests. They grow up together with the same academic goals and hobbies. But as they become adults and move out of their parent's home, they step into an unknown world. This exposes them to a variety of people in the University and workplace. At this stage, some people opt for comfort, whereas progressive people step out of their comfort and try to meet and be friends with different people. We should retain our friendships with people of same interests, and continue to explore and meet other people.

There is a debate that friendship should be with people having different cognitive abilities rather than the same thinking as them. This essay will discuss both sides and I strongly agree with the latter. Companions with distinct thoughts and ideas give us a broad spectrum of the world. Nowadays, it is pivotal to have knowledge and experience about every aspect of life and the world we live in, it can be achieved by meeting and communicating with people having varied thinking as every culture has its teachings leading to understanding better of their traditions as a part of this globe. For example, I have a friend in Canada who has helped me immensely in coping with cultural shock as I am an Indian trying to settle in Canada. On the other side, being friends with people having same thoughts offer more benefits. Firstly, they could understand each other better and can share their problems effectively consequently building an unbreakable bond. Secondly, this type of companions might become successful business partners resulting in earning a good amount of money together. For instance, a renowned company in New Delhi is run by two friends who have thought that matches with each other resulting in great turnover of the venture. To conclude, it is important to remain informed of worldly matters so friendship with unlike cognitive ability person could be a good idea. However, the Benefits of having friends with the same mindset are enormous like unconditional friends who can be our side in every thick and thin and could be a good financial helping hand as a business partners.

In currently society networking is an important need for individuals. However, there has been a lot of debate on whether we should connect with like minded people or with peaople having different thoughts and Ideas. I strongly believe that connecting with different mindset is good. In the below essay I will discuss both the views. To begin with, connecting with the people of same mindset is easier, as communication will be easy. You would feel less judged around them. The main advantage of this is you get along easily and there are higher chances of making friends for life. You can share your ideas and get feedback from the opposite person. For example, If I would like to get some second thoughts on the decision I made for myself, then if I ask for advice from a friend of same mindset, he would agree and that gives confidence. On the other hand, though the communication is little difficult with the people of different mindset because of different opinions. Initially, it might seem little difficult to handle but on contrary we would get different view to make better decisions. One of the benefits of connecting with individuals of different thought is you get to see the different opinion on same topic. For example, If I am facing some issue at work place and the solution that I thought isn't working, If i approach a person with different mindset he/she would look at the issue from different angle and provide solution easily. In conclusion, I would believe connecting with people of different thoughts and ideas will improve a person personally and professionally.
