Dear Sir or Madam, I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to bring it to your attention that the washing machine which I purchased from your store is not functioning properly as expected. Last week on 10 March, 2025, we visited your store Jayachandran, Valliyor branch and purchased a front load, 6 kg, LG washing machine for 26,000 Indian rupees. We were very excited to use it for the first time as it was working fine for last couple of days. Yesterday afternoon, when my mom tried to wash few cloths, the machine panel went irresponsive for few minutes. After huge struggle, the panel started to response but the washing did not initiated as expected. We checked the manuals and tried to use the normal washing mode but no luck. Since we have the warranty for this appliance, we would like you to arrange any of your technician to visit my home address so that they can exmaine it and help us with replacing it with the working one. It would be advisible to arrange this visit on 18 March 2025, when I will be available at home to describe the issue more precisely. I hope you will do the needful at the earliest. Dear Sir, I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction towards a pressure cooker that I recently purchased from your store 5 days ago. Before buying this appliance, I had examined it thoroughly for any visible wear and tear. But, unfortunately, I missed out on checking one of the important part which was not directly a part of the pressure cooker but is equally very critical for it to function effectively. The part I am referring to is the cooker ring. It was given to me in a seperately packaged polythene bag, which was green in colour. I was also told by the sales person that, it is a new piece and was properly checked before being packed. So, I took faith in his saying and did not open and checked it at the store. But, when I reached home and tried to use the appliance, I found that water was continously spilling from the it. After properly examining the issue, I was able to figure out a cut in the ring. Due to this I am unable to make proper food due to inusability of the cooker. Thus, kindly provide me with a replacement with a new pressure cooker since it is still under warranty. Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with a home appliance I bought from your store. Firstly , I would like to inform you that I am a frequent buyer of your store. I have purchased a mixer grinder last week on 15th of February. Since then I am experiencing some fault in it's working. The machine appears perfect but the blades of the bowl are not moving efficiently as it should. Therefore, it takes more time to grind the spices and other materials. Due to this issue, I take longer time to finish my household chores. As this appliance is not efficiently working because of the bowl, I would request you to either provide me with replacement or else give me the refund amount. Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to complain about the microwave oven that I had purchased from your store 2 days back. I had directly come from work on friday evening and met the sales person named John, who showed me this oven and explained how to use it, in detail. I am also enclosing the reciept with the letter for your reference. As soon as I unpacked the oven and connected it to electricity, I found out I was unable to make it work. I even checked the connection twice and also changed the extension wire and plugs, still I was unable to start it. This is the first time I was unable to make an electronic appliance work. Therefore, I beleive, I have received a faulty oven. I would appreciate if you could look into the oven and arrange for a replacement at the earliest as well as arrange a tranport for the replacement. Yours sincerely, Rebecca

Hi Smith, I am writing to raise a complaint about the product that I have recently purchased from your store. I have recently bought top load washine machine from your North york showroom on Jan 30th. I purchased this product on discount offer for the holiday season. However, off late I have been noticing an issue with the product. The machine stops working in the middle of the job and it doesn't wash the clothes. Either I have to rerun the process again or completely reset the process to function properly. For first 10 days, there was no issue. But this has become an frequent issue even resetting is not helping. As per the purchase policy, I am eligible to either get full refund or free service. It would be really great if you could send a techinican to look at this issue and get this resolved as soon as possible. If the issue still exists, please provide me the full refund. On November 20, 2024, I bought a washing machine, and upon using it, I noticed a significant problem. The appliance makes an unusual noise and fails to complete the wash cycle. This issue has rendered the appliance non-functional and has caused considerable inconvenience. Given the circumstances, I kindly request that you arrange for either a replacement of the defective appliance or a full refund. Enclosed is a copy of the purchase receipt for your reference. Dear Sir or Madam, I, Mr. Bharath.M, am writing this letter raising issue with an appliance i had bought earlier from your store two days back. I had purchased a Samsung Mobile phone, two days back from Pai International at the R T Nagar outlet in Bangalore. The item costed me 42,250 Rupees and came with a warranty of two years. The salesman guaranteed me that if i had any issue with appliance post purchase, i could get in touch with the store. The phone was working just fine before, until today, when it switched off, despite me not having done so. Unfortunately, the phone has not regained power, even after an hour of charging. My guess is that the battery installed is defunct and I would appeciate it if you could exchage this phone for another. I also have the bill of purchase in my possession and will be visiting your store soon. Looking forward to hearing from you and expecting your full cooperation. I have bought a microwave oven from your store last week. It is from the company XYZ, and the product number is 123456. The oven I purchased has multifunctions, which can be used in many ways like grill, baking, and cooking, and is quite expensive. However, when I first tried to use it for my new recipe, I noticed that the start and stop buttons had some issues and these buttons were not working properly. Therefore, I want to request you to replace it if possible or not, then I would like to get a refund. The receipt number of my purchase is 123 and the date I bought it is 12/11/2024. Although, I had purchased a lot of equipments from your store in the past and are working fine without any issues, but this time the refrigerator I bought is not cooling well, as it should be. Additionally, sometimes it is making annoying noises, especially in the night time. Also, only few days back from son noticed that there is a crack in the box of vegetables compartment. Dear Sir, I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction about a Samsung refrigerator that I purchased from your store. I bought the fridge on 15th December 20024 which was around ten days ago. Initially, it was working fine, but later I discovered that the door was not getting shut properly hence leaving contents of the fridge getting soiled. I hope you undertand that the door is one of the key components of the physical attributes of a refrigerator and as there is a fault in the door it is letting in all the moisture inside. This in turn is hampering the overall functioning of the fridge. I immediately contacted your Customer Care Manager over the phone and requested him to get the faulty model exchanged since it is under a five year warranty term. He told me in return to get it repaired. You can well understand how upset I was to learn that from him. I insist to have the damaged fridge replaced at once without any further notice. Otherwise, I will be forced to stop my balance installments to your company. I have been buying products from your store for almost a decade and I am very uncomfortable with the whole situation. Dear Sir/Madam I am writing this letter in regards to a faulty appliance purchased from you store. I bought a microwave oven from your store a week ago, on 14th December, 2024. It was the opening day promotion sale for this new branch on Adam street. Unfortunately, the microwave oven stopped working after two days. The oven completely shuts down before the cycle is completed. For instance, if I run the timer for 5 minutes, the oven will shut down after 2 or 3 minutes. I have to restart the oven. Thus, creating a great deal of inconvenience for me. I would like the manager to replace the microwave oven for me, either same brand or different, as long as I don't have to pay extra. Subject - Letter to inform faulty equiment Dear Sir/Madam, I, Anchal Tewari, recently bought a washing machine from your store. I wanted to bring an issue to your attention and request you to help with replacing it. The purchase was made on the 2nd of January, in person, at your Gachibowli store. The machine was delivered and installed by your staff on the following day. After the installation, they demonstrated a dry-run and everything looked alright. However, after a few days of the usage, today morning the machine made an absurd noise during the rinse stage. Moreover, I could sense a burning smell. I had then stopped the machine immediately.
