Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with one of the home appliance product I purchased from your store recently. Last week on 4th August, I visited your store at Park Road, there I purchased one Induction stove of 1600 kilo watts, which has a warranty period of 2 years with a guarantee of replacement for any internal damage. But the appliance is not working as expected. To illustrate, whenever I switch on the induction, it gives an error message for the first few seconds on the display screen. Additionally, when I try to keep any utensil on the top of the stove burner, it displays the error again and heating does not starts. Furthermore, I would like to raise a service request for the issue I faced. Also, it would be very helpful if you can replace the induction as this is a manufacturing defect and warranty period is still active. I would appreciate your quick consideration on this issue. Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the Air fryer that I purchased from the Nandilat G Mart. This purchase was done on Sepetmber 15th during the Onam sale. Even though I visited the store initially for the same product, the item was out of stock. However, I have placed the order for the article and paid the advance on 3rd of the same month. As per our discussion during the purchase, it was a fully automated Air fryer. I have used the product from home, but it was not an automatic Air fryer. Additionally, The voltage that the particular item requires is more than the voltage mentioned in the box. Therefore, it is consuming more power and time while using. I would request you to assist in providing a replacement or return and refund for the articles. I have sent a email to your customer care id which was provided in the invoice. Dear Sir or Madam, This is to bring to your notice that we bought a Panasonic washing machine from your store recently and reaching out to highlight a manufaturing defect we spotted after first use. We bought the appliance yesterday from your West Delhi store and was attended by your store staff Mr. Shyam. He guided us very well with our purchase and answered our queries satisfactorily. We decided to buy Panasonic DW40 washing maching and it was delivered yesterday itself. While we opened the package, we noticed tha the machine was not standing straight and was inclined to one side. Nevertheless, we installed the machine and when switched it on, the drum inside started making a lot of noise. We took a closer look and saw that drum was touching the body from the area the machine was bent. Request your immediate attention to this issue and help get the machine replaced with the new model immediately. Dear Mr. Madan, I am writing this letter to complain about the home appliance that I purchased from your store. I purchased referigerator from your store that is located in karol bagh two days back on 20th August in evening.I came with my family and one of your sales exective attended us and showed the product in various brands. I agreed upon to buy the product of L.G brand on his saying. The issue with the appliance is that it's freezer coolent is not working efficiently because of which nothing can be placed in that portion. We have read the manual and tried all possible trials to get the problem fixed but issue remains unresolved. We have party at our house over coming weekend with many guests and this problem has created stress in our minds,so,kindly request you to replace the appliance with another new one as early as possible.I have already initiated the request for the same on mail to your store. Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this letter to compaint about an air cooler that we recently bought from your store. I came to your showroom with my wife and selected an aircooler on 14th september, one of your employee demonstrated it's features and we thought that it was a perfect match for our home. This Air ooler was budget-friendly for us as well. So, without any second thought we purchased it happily. We got it delivered on next day at out home. So to check whether its working in proper condition or not, we filled water and noticed that there was a leakage at the bottom of the Air-cooler. I am highly disapppinted with this kind of problem. Dear Sir, I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction towards a pressure cooker that I recently purchased from your store 5 days ago. Before buying this appliance, I had examined it thoroughly for any visible wear and tear. But, unfortunately, I missed out on checking one of the important part which was not directly a part of the pressure cooker but is equally very critical for it to function effectively. The part I am referring to is the cooker ring. It was given to me in a seperately packaged polythene bag, which was green in colour. I was also told by the sales person that, it is a new piece and was properly checked before being packed. So, I took faith in his saying and did not open and checked it at the store. But, when I reached home and tried to use the appliance, I found that water was continously spilling from the it. After properly examining the issue, I was able to figure out a cut in the ring. Due to this I am unable to make proper food due to inusability of the cooker. Thus, kindly provide me with a replacement with a new pressure cooker since it is still under warranty. Dear sir, I am writing this letter in regard to the home appliance that I purchased from your store. I bought a philips air fryer worth Rs10000 from your store on date 20th of march. Now I am facing the issue in the heating system of the appliance. I would here like to explain in details about the issue of the product. The heating rod that is at the bottom of the fryer,is not producing heat asper temperature that is set to cook a particular food. For example, I was trying to cook french fries at the set temperature of 190 degree farhenite for 20 minutes. It's the same instructions I am following from the booket given by the company. But it seems the fryer is not setting up the heat as per given temperature and also the timer stops to work . Hereby, I am bringing this issue into your consideration as the warrenty period is still on . Please send your proffessional to look through the matter and take considerable measures to rectify the error. If possible, Iwant to replace with some other brand as i have that option in my warrenty card. Hope you take an effort to solve this as soon as possible . Thanks, Sunitha

Dear sir or madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction towards the mobile phone I purchase recently in your store. Lask week, I purchased an IPhone 16 which is having heating issues. I mainly got this for my office purpose but couldn't use it because of this complaint. As I backed up my old phone's data to the new one, it is very difficult to get access of my official documents which is a struggle. Additionally, the charger which was attached with the piece is not working properly and it gets easily detached from the adapter. Furthermore, i expect you to provide refund or get my mobile exchanged at the earliest possible. I am using apple products for the past 6 years and I have not suffered from these complains till now. Dear Sir, Iam writing this letter with regard to a home appliance that i had bought from your shop last week.Its a mode 5 samsund washing machine with pu code 6578 purchased on 13 th march2025. I would like to bring to your attention about the dissatisfaction with the poroduct.During my first wash,i noticed that the spin option was not working and after the final wash the clother were recieved as wet.I cross checked with the manual to verify whether the settings were correct but still the results are same. I immediately contacted the store and intimated the issue to a customer service executive.They assured me that i would be recieving a call within 24 hrs from the shop.But still after 2 days of the incident,nobody contacted me. As the store manager of the shop,i want you to kindly look into this matter and take a decision accordingly.However,the appliance is under warranty period,so it can either be repaired or replaced.Iperfer the latter option.Iam attaching the reciept copy of purchase with this letter. Dear Sir or Madam, I am Jay and I am writing this letter to inform you that I had recently purchased a blender from your store and there is some issue with the regulator and blades. I had bought the appliance yesterday around 5pm. There was a demo given by one of your store members on the steps to use. I have followed it exactly like it was explained. But as I tried to turn on the blender now, the blades are not moving and is stuck at a place making a loud noise. I kindly request you to send one of your members to take a look on this and repair the product. I notice that there is warranty for 6 months on this item and I believe I can avail it. Dear Sir or Madam, I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to bring it to your attention that the washing machine which I purchased from your store is not functioning properly as expected. Last week on 10 March, 2025, we visited your store Jayachandran, Valliyor branch and purchased a front load, 6 kg, LG washing machine for 26,000 Indian rupees. We were very excited to use it for the first time as it was working fine for last couple of days. Yesterday afternoon, when my mom tried to wash few cloths, the machine panel went irresponsive for few minutes. After huge struggle, the panel started to response but the washing did not initiated as expected. We checked the manuals and tried to use the normal washing mode but no luck. Since we have the warranty for this appliance, we would like you to arrange any of your technician to visit my home address so that they can exmaine it and help us with replacing it with the working one. It would be advisible to arrange this visit on 18 March 2025, when I will be available at home to describe the issue more precisely. I hope you will do the needful at the earliest. Dear Sir/Madam I am writing this letter in regards to a faulty appliance purchased from you store. I bought a microwave oven from your store a week ago, on 14th December, 2024. It was the opening day promotion sale for this new branch on Adam street. Unfortunately, the microwave oven stopped working after two days. The oven completely shuts down before the cycle is completed. For instance, if I run the timer for 5 minutes, the oven will shut down after 2 or 3 minutes. I have to restart the oven. Thus, creating a great deal of inconvenience for me. I would like the manager to replace the microwave oven for me, either same brand or different, as long as I don't have to pay extra. Subject - Letter to inform faulty equiment Dear Sir/Madam, I, Anchal Tewari, recently bought a washing machine from your store. I wanted to bring an issue to your attention and request you to help with replacing it. The purchase was made on the 2nd of January, in person, at your Gachibowli store. The machine was delivered and installed by your staff on the following day. After the installation, they demonstrated a dry-run and everything looked alright. However, after a few days of the usage, today morning the machine made an absurd noise during the rinse stage. Moreover, I could sense a burning smell. I had then stopped the machine immediately. Dear Sir, I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction about a Samsung refrigerator that I purchased from your store. I bought the fridge on 15th December 20024 which was around ten days ago. Initially, it was working fine, but later I discovered that the door was not getting shut properly hence leaving contents of the fridge getting soiled. I hope you undertand that the door is one of the key components of the physical attributes of a refrigerator and as there is a fault in the door it is letting in all the moisture inside. This in turn is hampering the overall functioning of the fridge. I immediately contacted your Customer Care Manager over the phone and requested him to get the faulty model exchanged since it is under a five year warranty term. He told me in return to get it repaired. You can well understand how upset I was to learn that from him. I insist to have the damaged fridge replaced at once without any further notice. Otherwise, I will be forced to stop my balance installments to your company. I have been buying products from your store for almost a decade and I am very uncomfortable with the whole situation.
