If I choose Ireland, Europe, or the UK on a study visa, will my spouse be allowed to accompany me for a Master's/PhD?

It depends on the country and your course type.

- UK: For most Master's programs, your spouse cannot accompany you as a dependant unless you are enrolled in a PhD, a research-based Master's (9+ months), or are government-sponsored for a course of 6+ months. Standard taught Master's students are generally not eligible to bring dependants under current rules (subject to change).
- Ireland: If you are a non-EU/EEA student in a full-time higher education program, your spouse may be eligible to join you. Specific visa requirements apply and are subject to change.
- Other European countries: Rules vary widely by country and program.
