Which programme levels can I get the Government of Ireland International Education Scholarship for?
The Government of Ireland International Education Scholarship covers full-time postgraduate study at NFQ Level 9 or Level 10. You can apply with an eligible master's, postgraduate diploma, research master's or PhD programme at an eligible Irish higher education institution, for eligible international students.

- Your domicile of origin must be outside the EU, EEA, Switzerland and UK.
- Study must be full-time and in person at an eligible Irish higher education institution.

- You need a conditional or final offer of admission before applying.
- Russian and Belarusian nationals are not eligible.
