For Germany, you must show proof of funds by opening a blocked account with €11,904 (as of 2026), which covers living expenses for 12 months at €992/month.

For Canada, you need to show proof of funds for living expenses of at least CAD 22,895/year (as of 2025) for a single student.

These amounts are required for your student visa and are subject to change. Tuition fees are separate and vary by institution.
