No, you cannot use an expired PTE score for your master's applications in Sweden, Italy, or Germany. Universities in these countries require a valid English proficiency test score - typically IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE Academic - taken within the last 2-3 years (subject to change).

Since your PTE score has expired, you will need to retake the PTE Academic or choose another accepted test to meet the language requirements for your target universities.
