Australia and Ireland do not require a blocked account, but you must show proof of funds for tuition and living expenses. Germany requires a blocked account.

- Australia: No blocked account. Show access to funds for first year’s tuition, living expenses (about AUD 29,710/year), and travel. Education loan sanction letters and bank statements (3+ months) are accepted. ITR (Income Tax Return) documents may be needed to prove sponsor’s financial capacity.
- Ireland: No blocked account. Show immediate access to at least €10,000 for living expenses plus tuition. ITR or sponsor’s bank statements are typically needed.
- Germany: Blocked account (Sperrkonto) with at least €11,904 is mandatory. ITR is not always required but can help show sponsor’s capacity.

ITR documents help strengthen your financial proof but are not always strictly mandatory if you have other strong evidence.
