Most public universities in Germany do not charge tuition fees for Master's programs, including for international students. You’ll usually pay a semester contribution of €150 - €400/semester for services and administration.

- Exceptions: In Baden-Württemberg, non-EU students pay €1,500/semester tuition. Some universities in Bavaria charge €2,000 - €6,000/semester.

In Italy, public universities charge tuition fees of about €900 - €4,000/year, often based on your income. Private universities charge more.

Other typical costs in both countries include:
- Living expenses (accommodation, food, transport)
- Health insurance (mandatory)
- Visa/residence permit fees
- Application fees (some universities via Uni-Assist)

Fee amounts and policies are subject to change.
