No, even if an LLM (Master of Laws) program is labeled as STEM, it does not qualify for the 24-month STEM OPT (Optional Practical Training) extension in the US.
Law degrees, including LLMs, are generally not included on the Department of Homeland Security's STEM Designated Degree Program List. This means graduates are typically eligible only for the standard 12-month OPT period, not the extended 36 months available to STEM graduates.
