Yes, you can work in Germany if you join the January intake. International students are allowed to work up to 140 full days or 280 half days per year, no matter when your semester starts.

After your degree, Germany offers an 18-month post-study work visa (PSW) to search for jobs related to your field. You must graduate from a recognized German university and show you have enough funds for this period.
