If I pay 60% of the total fees before going, how much money do I need to collect now in UK for a Master's?

You will need to show funds for your remaining tuition fees plus required living expenses for your UK Master's visa.

- Tuition fees: If you pay 60% upfront, you must show proof of funds for the remaining 40% of your first-year tuition.
- Living expenses: You must also show funds for 9 months of living costs (currently £1,529/month if studying in London, £1,171/month outside London; subject to change).

For example, if your tuition is £29,400/year and you pay 60% (£17,640) before arrival:
- Tuition funds to show: £11,760 (remaining 40%)
- Living expenses (London): £13,761 (9 months)
- Total to show: £25,521

Funds must be held for at least 28 days before your visa application. Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS) and other costs are extra. For a precise amount based on your university and location, connect with your LeapScholar counsellor.
