You can stay and work in Germany for up to 18 months after your master's degree using the Job Seeker Residence Permit. During this time, you can work in any job while searching for employment related to your field.

Once you secure a job relevant to your studies, you can switch to a work residence permit or EU Blue Card, allowing you to work and live in Germany for several more years, depending on your employment contract.

With ongoing qualified employment, you may eventually become eligible for permanent residency. The initial post-study work period is 18 months, but your total stay can be much longer if you remain employed and meet visa requirements.
