• Reporting and dashboard-heavy background: if you have mostly built dashboards and stakeholder reports, MTU's MSc in Data Science and Analytics or Trinity's Business Analytics and AI for Management route builds the business-facing skills BI Analyst roles need.
• Career-permit planning: Ireland's Critical Skills Occupations List currently includes ICT and analytics-heavy roles involving big-data analytics and advanced modelling, worth checking against your target job title before you commit to a specialisation.

My Advice

One thing I'd flag: don't assume a data-science-titled MSc is more technical than a business-analytics one. Compare the actual module list, particularly around Python, cloud and MLOps content, before applying, since Irish universities use the same degree title for quite different curricula.
