No, there are currently no courses in Canada or Germany that provide a minimum five-year post-study work permit (PSW) or open work permit (OWP) directly after graduation.

- Canada: The Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) is valid for up to 3 years after completing a program of 2 years or more. There is no single course that leads to a 5-year PGWP. - Germany: After graduation, you can apply for a Job Seeker Visa, which allows you to stay and look for work for up to 18 months. There is no 5-year post-study work permit.

If you want a longer post-study work period, you would need to combine multiple programs in Canada or consider other countries with longer PSW options.
