My Advice

Do not choose based on overall ranking alone; the specialisation within Computer Science matters just as much as which university you get into. If your CGPA is between roughly 7 and 8.5 out of 10, apply to Khalifa as a genuine target and add Heriot-Watt Dubai, University of Sharjah and University of Wollongong in Dubai as realistic backups rather than betting everything on one application.
