Eligibility depends on where you graduated:

- UAE universities: Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD from a Ministry of Education-accredited university. Minimum GPA 3.5 (Class A) or 3.8 (Class B), and graduation within the last 2 years. Degree must be attested.
- International universities: Degree from a top 100 global university (as recognized by the UAE Ministry of Education). Minimum GPA 3.5, graduated within the last 2 years, with attested equivalency.
